We had another great outdoor weekend get-away!
While the journey to get to the Mokolodi Nature Reserve was much less stressful and adventurous than the previous weekend, we still enjoyed exploring Botswana nature.

The hightlights of the weekend include:
- beautiful scenic views of the hilly region
- a terrific open air, candlelight dinner with grazing impala
- a moonless sky provided some amazing star gazing
- our first campfire in Africa warmed us up
- two Baboon sightings (in large packs), one from the game jeep and one while standing at our campsite
- a fun bush walk exploring the surrounding terrain, climbing to a lookout point, and spotting zebras in the bush

We still need to plan this upcoming weekend excursion. Who knows what Botswana will have in store for us…
